ChatLuxe is a premium chat platform that connects users with professional hostesses for conversation and companionship. The Service includes:

  • Real-time messaging with hostesses
  • VIP membership plans
  • Token-based messaging system
  • User profiles and account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment and Tokens

4.1 Token System

Messages with hostesses require tokens. Tokens can be purchased through our payment system powered by Paystack.

4.2 VIP Membership

VIP members enjoy unlimited messaging and other premium features. VIP subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.

4.3 Refunds

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or hostesses
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
  • Share account credentials with others

6. Content and Privacy

All conversations are private and confidential. However, we reserve the right to monitor content for violations of these terms. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChatLuxe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
